Slow Food in Spain

Are you one of those who pay attention to what they eat? If it is yes and you also like to do it when you travel.  This might interest you!

At Entrelenguas we like the colours of the garden and the smell of fresh vegetables. We love to see every morning the man who comes down to say hello to the donkey. The lady who sells walnuts in front of her house. The range eggs which are brought to us from our neighbour every week and in general, the food and things are maded with love and affection.

Telling this is not causality since the Slow Food philosophy is born of the lack of attention towards the more traditional customs and has been lost with the boiling point of the city, the consequence of the poor quality of our food these days.

The term Slow Food is the opposite of Fast Food and in general the lack of humanity that goes to the production of food. Slow and food, two terms that when they come together they mean all traditional products and without additives that are involved in the recipes of our kitchen. Quality products that respect the seasons of the year because:

It is important to know that there are no tomatoes in January!

Beginning as a determined revolution to revoke the fast food little by little and it has been evolving towards a life philosophy where important aspects such as health have been gaining ground. In short, we do not want to consume chemicals and bad habits that ruin the food have ended with the traditional cycles of the countryside and our health.

The importance of Slow Food does not end in the market of our house. There are tourism companies that offer quality products based on the activity they develop, and this is where tourism is related to this movement. Tourism in our country is closely related to Spanish gastronomy and more and more companies like ours offer a service based on this theme to visit Ronda and visit Malaga. For this reason the philosophy of Slow tourism is becoming more and more strong in our country and in our city when it comes to looking for Ronda tours and things to do in Ronda. Slow travel is a philosophy of travel that seeks to get the most real side of a destination from the traveller experience.

To achieve its objective, Slow Tourism, among other things, promotes the consumption of quality products based on aspects such as the origin, the temporality and the process of the food consumed in order to guarantee the experience and the natural cycle of traditional cuisine.
