Program for ELE teachers
For non-native Spanish teachers
These ELE teacher training courses are aimed at non-native teachers of Spanish as a second language to improve their Spanish language skills. Spanish teachers working in schools, colleges and other educational centres who are seeking to perfect their language skills and acquire new teaching techniques to implement once back in their own classrooms!
Through a combination of intensive classes and cultural activities, teachers can refresh their Spanish and learn more about the traditions and culture of Andalusia. This programme is comprised of 4 hours of classes per day (Monday-Friday) in small groups, along with independent guided work to reinforce all the concepts seen in class – as teachers you’ve got no excuses for not doing your homework! Here at Entrelenguas we also pride ourselves on taking teaching outside the classroom, into real-life contexts. In the afternoons, we take you to meet the locals and take part in all manner of activities – from hiking, wine-tasting and Spanish cooking classes to via ferrata and canyoning!
A key component of the cultural immersion of the teacher is staying with a local host family, sharing in their day-to-day life. This type of accommodation includes half-board. If, however, an apartment (shared or individual) is the desired option we can help you organise this. The latter option increases the total price and is subject to availability.
